Sterling 10.5 Install Kit (upgrade)

If you want to install a Sterling 10.5 in the back of your van instead of the stock semi float D60 this is what you need! If you plan to load the van heavily or tow a lot we recommend the Sterling upgrade. Or, if you don't like wheel spacers this is for you. We have 2 kit options depending on what year your axle is. 2000-04 kit doesn't include e-brake cables, the 05-07 kit does include the e-brake cables. If you have the older axle the e-brake can be used, you'll have to make a "jumper" cable to mate the stock van cable to the truck cables. The cables we provide with the 05-07 kit hooks right up for 95% of the vans.

This kit includes new spring perches made from 1/4" steel, lower shock mounts (weld on) made from 3/16 steel, hard brake lines, caliper line mounts and steel braided & coated DOT brake lines for the calipers.
