4×4 Conversion 7.3 GAS E350 (with our axle)

This complete 4x4 Conversion kit is for the 2021/up E350 7.3 GAS chassis. Most of these vehicles will be a dually RV so we recommend a 17" wheel up front with a 285/70/17 and our 17" wheels for the rear with a 255/80/17 tire. This kit requires one of our axles, either the Stage 2 Dana 60 with brake & hub upgrade or our Stage 3. Lead time is shorter (~6-8 weeks, same as springs) with the Stage 2 with hub & brake upgrade. Stage 3 axles are much longer, ~6 months. We'll need an actual weight of the RV before finalizing the order. The kit price includes rear springs spec'd to 8500lbs. Springs and u-bolts will ship direct, everything else ships from us in a few days via UPS (unless you're getting an axle & t-case!) The kit includes:
- Spring hangers with hardware, shackles, sleeves & bushings
- Front upper shock mounts
- Sway bar links w/hardware
- Front/Rear Fox 2.0 shocks
- Rear stem eliminators
- T-case shifter kit for a manual shift NP1128 t-case (t-case available from us)
- Steel braided & coated DOT brake lines
- Trac bar brackets and bar
- Crossover steering kit
- Shackle sleeve locating jig & x-member trimming guide
- Front & rear u-bolts
- Front & rear leaf springs (5000 front, 8500 rear capacity)
- Front frame support
- If your E350 has a slip yoke transmission output you'll need to pull the transmission to make it 4wd
